This is strange! Because I think that Linux Mint 6 is a modified version of Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10 which is no longuer maintained now! I think it can be interesting to use the new Linux Mint 9 (should be a Long Term Support release like Ubuntu Lucid 10.04)
And also, it's maybe better to use our repository with the latest stable release: http://www.glx-dock.org/ww_page.php?p=From%20the%20repository&lang=en

Status in Cairo-Dock : Core: Invalid

Bug description:
The last update was yesterday, I think, but I just had to reboot today and on restart CD flashed on screen once then disappeared. On retrying to start from Menu the dock stayed flashing until I moved the mouse when it disappeared again.
If I restarrt it from menu and leave mouse over dock area, right click brings up the config screens. Any changes to config are not kept and the apply button loses the dock again.
I have Linux Mint 6, with AMD video so OpenGl doesn't work.
until this reboot, making the latest changes applicable, it was working fine.
Please give me back the previous version.
