[Bug 838403] [NEW] Ctrl+c command and selecting links shows menu while clipper applet is running

*** This bug is a security vulnerability ***

Private security bug reported:

On either Ubuntu 10.04.3 and 10.10 (same machine), if the clipper applet
is running, selecting any link/file by double-clicking on it or by
pressing ctrl+c makes a menu appear. The menu contains "Open with
Firefox, Send the url ..." etc. options. If I re-select them, this menu
doesn't appear. Also, if I disable the clipper applet, the problem
doesn't occur.

** Affects: cairo-dock-core
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
