could you please try to see if it's a problem with the settings ?
there are some settings for the internet connection in the advanced config
window, section "System"
you could try to disable IPv4 for instance

  I am sorry if it was not the place to repport this bug.

  When draging and droping an image of an app we can find here
  (http://www.glx-dock.org/mc_album.php?a=9) the dock freez and also
  Chromium. Then after a while (depending on the app), the app is
  installed and Chromium and the dock work fine. When it is freezing, it
  really seems like a crash.
