Since 1 day without crash, the system is running at start:
env LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 cairo-dock -o &

Without Animated icons and it seems stable. 
I just want to see for few hours if it is related, my guess is yes, but not 100% sure yet, need to wait to see if the configuration panel pop-up again...
