  Options to hide notifications

Bug description:
  Hi everybody,

  Would it be possible to add a menu to each applet where we can select
  which notifications we want to show and which ones we don't?

  For example, I would like to disable the "New software installed" and
  "Mounted drive" notifications as I find them intrusive.
