Hello. Sorry for lack of responce - somehow I missed last question.

Fabounet: Yes, icons may be moved to other panels... but only if they
are made persistent. What taskbar itself? For icons, whose applications
are not pinned. Can taskbar be moved to other panel? ;) there is no even
widget-like object, representing taskbar, nothing to move.

  Allow additional panels to be as big as main

Bug description:
  I like to have pager on dedicated autohiding panel, set to huge size
  (about 200 pix for height). I can do it for main panel - there is
  special variant to do it. But for others only predefined sizes are
  available. For now i have main panel as dedicated, and launchers on
  second thing panel. The problem is that taskbar presents only on main
  panel, and sometimes it growes too much with only 3 icons... i set
  taskbar to show only minimized, but it affects launchers as well,
  making then useless for window switching (could be considered as
  another bug).
