[Bug 1336363] [NEW] Dock rendering/dpi VERY low quality

 

Public bug reported:

After recent update, animations began working properly; however, now the
resolution of the docks (mouse over, static, background) are VERY low.
Looks terrible.  All icons are working, no issue. Cairo restart
ineffective. Logout ineffective.
