  System: Ubuntu Gnome 16.04
  Nvida GTX970 with 361 drivers from https://launchpad.net/~cairo-dock-team/+archive/ubuntu/update
  
  Anytime you middle click you get 2 Home windows instead of just 1,
  everything else seems to work fine.
  
  This happens with both Nautilus and Nemo as the default file manager.
  
  info from debug.txt only long enough to show the launch of Cairo and
  then a middle click to open the file manger for simplicity.

+ Not only does it affect on the Shortcuts, it does so on every action regarding middle click. Other GTK3 apps working fine
