[Bug 1938192] [NEW] Unable to remove Applications Menu from dock

Public bug reported:

Version: 3.4.1
OS: Arch Linux (Linux 5.13)

I am unable to remove applications menu applet from dock. Trying to
remove from settings menu or the applet context menu, but the applet
does not disappear.

This does not affect any other applets.

Tested with opengl and cairo backends, reproducible with theme Default-
Single.

I've also attached a log file where I tried removing the applet in both
ways described above.
