I was looking at displaying thumbnails from the KOBO.  In the driver I had
set the thumbnail to the path.  However, from what I understand I should be
using the image itself.  I can do that (I suspect by loading the image in
the driver).  However, won't reading them in ahead of time increase the
memory usage.  They are not that big I guess...
