Using Chrome 12.0.742.91 and Flash 10.3.181.22 on Kubuntu 11.04 kernel
2.6.38-10-generic x86_64, I cannot reproduce this bug.

I was once unable to load a video after having moved to a new video, but
I could not repeat this, so it could as easily have been a network
issue.

Could you give a page on which this bug is repeatable?
