Public bug reported:

The current version of Skype does not work in Oneiric. I know partner
repo is updated only after release but I think it's fare to make an
exception here and update the skype for Oneiric so people testing it on
a daily basis and those who have totally shifted to oneiric can use
skype.

Error while loading skype:i386 in oneiric:

    Fatal: Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (version 0x40703) with
this library (version 0x40704)
