[Bug 868899] [NEW] Flash should be updated to Flash 11

Public bug reported:

Adobe Flash v11 was released earlier this week. It introduces native 64
bit support, better performance, among other things.

The installer from Adobe that uses apt: attempts to install from the
Ubuntu partner archive, but Flash 11 is not yet in the Ubuntu partner
archive. It should be updated to include Flash 11.

Flash 11 is already shipping with Chrome 14 (in the stable channel).
