[Bug 869498] [NEW] Control file for adobe-flashplugin contains inaccurate description and unnecessary dependencies

Public bug reported:

adobe-flashplugin installs flash 11 now. The control file still
describes it as flash 10, and states that it downloads the player from
adobe. This description is inaccurate, as the adobe-flashplugin doesn't
download the player like flashplugin-installer does. Also, the flash-
properties packages share the exact same description. They should be
updated to describe what the flash-properties packages actually do.

Also, the dependencies for adobe-flashplugin are inaccurate. It depends
on wget, which is only needed by flashplugin-installer, not adobe-
flashplugin.

I could create a debdiff for this if it would help, but I think the
descriptions could be better written by the actual maintainers of the
package.

** Affects: adobe-flashplugin (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
