New update 11.2.202.228 of flash plugin seems incompatible with the Precise X11 stack.
Previous version 11.1.102.63 works fine.

Symptoms:

Total freeze of firefox and chromium.

Setup:

kernel - 3.2.0-20-generic
X - nvidia 295.20
