[Bug 975878] [NEW] flashplugin does not seem to download flash - postinst script wget?

Public bug reported:

flashplugin update to 11.2.202.228ubuntu3 (amd64) does not work
correctly.

A previously working flashplugin will just stop working.

The problem is (I think) that the .postinst script is missing the required wget to
grab the tar file from adobe.

Doing a quick wc -l on flashplugin....postinst on 10.04 lts show 133 lines, whereas
the current version (11.2.202.228ubuntu3) for 12.04 lts (beta) is only 66 lines.

Is .postinst incomplete?

Images illustrating the difference are here (click to enlarge):

I will try and attach the image to this bug report also.

This on a machine that has latest flashplugin:
  egrep '(wget|httpget)' /var/lib/dpkg/info/flashplugin-installer.postinst

....probably should return something.
