Public bug reported:

Updating my system using apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade. Two
packages need updating: adobe-flashplugin and adobe-flash-properties-
kde. When trying to download the new versions (11.2.202.243-0precise1,
amd64) apt-get hits 404 on both packages. The downloads
(http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin
/adobe-flash-properties-kde_11.2.202.243-0precise1_amd64.deb and
http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin
/adobe-flashplugin_11.2.202.243-0precise1_amd64.deb) are not available.
