Public bug reported:

Skype application crashes when sending files (no matter small or big).
The other side is MS Windows. Although receiving the files is quite
normal.

Tested it on latest version 4.0.0.8 and tried earlier releases as well.
They all get crashed while I try to send a file. Ubuntu is 12.04.
