Public bug reported:

We have this dependency in skype-bin:
Breaks: skype (< 4.1.0.20-0.11.10.1)

But skype (and even skype-bin) in repo has version
4.1.0.20-0ubuntu0.11.10.1 which is lower than 4.1.0.20-0.11.10.1. Thus
made imposible to install skype.

Workaround: It may be possible to install skype-bin alone. But I'm not
sure if package skype is required to work properly.
