[Bug 1197383] [NEW] acroread abuses debconf

Of course this falls in the 'Opinion' category, but I feel that 'acroread' doesn't need to ask if it should be the system default.
It stops the installation unnecessarily, also 'okular' and 'evince' don't ask this question. As the old saying goes: "What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander"
