Andrea pointed out that we still have 6.5 on Jammy, we will need to
check with the lxd team to see if they plan to drop the dependency of
shiftfs also in jammy (or if they did already)

  Therefore I think we can disable shiftfs related tests in
  ubuntu_overlayfs_smoke_test.
