>From test results on J-6.5.0-14.14~22.04.1, I can see all of the shiftfs tests have passed there.
So yes we should limit this change to Mantic+.

If lxd team is planning to drop it on jammy hwe 6.5, we could adjust
this later.

  Therefore I think we can disable shiftfs related tests in
