The proposal to merge ~hyask/auto-upgrade-testing-specifications:skia/fix_var_crash_hanging into auto-upgrade-testing-specifications:main has been updated.

Description changed to:

This fixed my bionic to focal upgrade tests locally, should also help on Jenkins.
