  Can not trigger autopkgtest of private PPA

Status in Auto Package Testing:
  New

Bug description:
  Triggering autopkgtest against a private PPA results in:
  "You submitted an invalid request: ppa dotnet-packaging/dotnet6-0-128 not found"

  At the time of reporting this bug the PPA (ppa:dotnet-packaging/dotnet6-0-128) exists.
  Note: I may remove this PPA in the future.
