[Bug 2067432] [NEW] Provide a url for viewing a test by UUID

Public bug reported:

Users will frequently refer to a test by its UUID, which is great
because it is unique, but there isn't an easy way to find the test by
UUID. It'd be great if you could go to a URL like:

http://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/test/7fc09054-2094-4af5-ba65-66e709998b8a

and then see the table that you see at
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/u/ubuntu-release-
upgrader/oracular/i386 but only for that specific test.

** Affects: auto-package-testing
     Importance: Wishlist
         Status: New

** Changed in: auto-package-testing
   Importance: Undecided => Wishlist
