Title:
ubuntu_ltp_syscalls sut-scan due to kernel trap in prctl10

Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests:
  New

Bug description:
ubuntu_ltp_syscalls fails with sut-scan sometimes on Noble gcp/gke
kernels. This has happened since the beginning of these kernels on
Noble. The sut-scan detects a kernel trap with a general protection
fault in prctl10. Below is an example:

kernel: traps: prctl10[166356] general protection fault
  ip:5e39704c8c96 sp:7ffd25b517f0 error:0 in prctl10[5e39704c7000+1f000]

This has been seen on noble/linux-gke 6.8.0-1004/1006/1008 and
  noble/linux-gcp 6.8.0-1008/1010/1012.
