Specifying --apt-pocket=proposed together with --add-apt-
source=ppa:ginggs/testing results in an error like:

E: The repository
'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/ginggs/testing/ubuntu plucky-proposed
Release' does not have a Release file.
