Searching through the docs, cf-release, et al and anticipating getting DEA
running, I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out where the
warden_stemcell_image comes from.  This link from the earlier version
indicates it lives in cfblobs.com:

This link currently did not work for me.

First, from release to release, how do we know where to grab the warden
stemcell image?

Second (less important, but I'm curious), what is required to create a new
warden stemcell image and rootfs? (say based on the ubuntu cloud image)
