Hi all,

I've been reviewing the bugs and closed a lot of them, please, try to
include a patch or a branch in the bug description si it is easier to track
if the bug was applied or not. I've changed some bugs from 'fix commited'
to 'fix released' but I'm not sure 100% if they are actually released into
trunk, I just tried to reproduce them (in trunk or/and 1.0 if related).
