Which version of the clicompanion are you using?
Can you start it with the -d option and send the traces?
Are you using the numpad?
Can you also post your config file? (~/.config/clicompanion/* and ~/.clicompanion2)

  Unable to use numbers '3' and '4'

Bug description:
  This is a very strange bug.

  I'm unable to type '3' and '4' in clicompanion console. Pressing
  buttons '3' and '4' haven't effect.
