  Make urls clickable (and extendible with plugins)

Bug description:
  When a url is shown in the terminal, allow the user to do ctrl+right
  click to open it, and also allow plugins to extend the urls that can
  be clicked, and what get's done when clicked.

  It's something that I use to do a lot (usually with http urls), so I'm
  the first interested in getting it into clicomanion.
