  Cli Companion fails to run on Ubuntu 12.10, steps to reproduce it:

  $ bzr branch lp:clicompanion
  $ cd clicompanion 
  $ python clicompanion
  ERROR: locales dir not found

  $ python --version
  Python 2.7.3
