[Community Notice] Python supported versions

Hi all,

Python 3.7 went EOL over a year ago, and Python 3.8 is quickly nearing its
EOL date. Effective in
the upcoming release (24.3), upstream cloud-init will no longer support
Python 3.6 and Python 3.7
per the upstream support policy[1].
