Greetings cloud-init community,

The upcoming 23.4 release of cloud-init contains a big change to how
cloud-init
is structured which brings significant performance benefits and paves the
way
for additional future improvements.

Ubuntu 24.10 will be the first Ubuntu series to benefit from this change.
