http://coapp.org/install -- installs the coapp package manager (not really needed explicitly)

http://coapp.org/devtools  -- the current coapp devtools (ptk, autopackage, quicktool and dllexport) .. others will be in upcoming updates (a bug in autopackage is breaking on some of my outputs :S )
