sudo apt-get install billard-gl

Turn on visual effects in Ubuntu 9.04:
System > Preferences > Appearance > Visual Effects > Extra

For me, the title bar is hidden under the launch bar. Mess around with
it to see weird behavior when switching between other applications on
the launch bar and billard-gl
