Public bug reported:

i got a new lenovo ideapad s10-2.. got UNR on it. i've switched to
classical desktop and installed compiz and used it enhance effects. But
when i restart my system, the wallpaper appears, files open fine,
folders open fine but desktop is blank. i can't right-click on it. can't
see icons. when i click the trash icon at the bottom on the panel, the
desktop lives up and i can see the icons and it works fine thereon. what
can i do to rectify this ??
