Binary package hint: compiz

The cursor indicates resize even when the pointer is not quite on the
window frame.  This makes it difficult and unreliable to resize a
window.  It looks to me like the pointer is one pixel outside the window
frame, and when clicking, even though the cursor indicated resize, the
window below is raised instead.

I know it's hard to understand what I'm talking about, so please see the
attached screencast.

To reproduce, move your pointer very near the edge of a window, until
the cursor indicates resize.  Then click and drag.  Instead of the
desired resize, you will probably drag a rectangle on the Nautilus
desktop, or drag a selection in the window below.  The expected behavior
is the window is resized.
