[Bug 451382] Re: desktop effects occasionally extremely slow

Okay, I think I know what is causing the problem. My user account is
"chris". I created a new user on the system ("sonya") to test with a
clean user config, and I could not get the new user account to be choppy
on login. Upon examining the config files for user "chris", I noticed
that .compiz/session was full of randomly named files, 68 in all. Each
one I examined contained basically the same information with the session
ID (and corresponding filename) being the only difference:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<compiz_session id="1011829eca591da96125556878120133800000019200024">
  <window id="1011829eca591da96125556878122553100000019200026" title="x-nautilus-desktop" class="Nautilus" name="desktop_window" command="nautilus">
    <geometry x="0" y="0" width="1280" height="768"/>
  </window>
</compiz_session>

When I deleted all of these files from user "chris", the choppy compiz
problems went away. When I copied the session files to user "sonya",
the choppy problems began happening with that user.

I have attached the 68 session files to this bug report for testing.
Simply extract them to your .compiz/session folder.

I don't know if this is important, but I am using home encryption.
