Binary package hint: compiz

I fresh-installe karmic amd64 and fusion icon to load at start-up. Then
i installed advanced compiz config manager and right clicked in fusion
icon to reload manager in order to refresh fusion icon entries and have
acces to settings manager. When reload window manager I noticed that
none of gnome-panels was displayed... scale plugins and window
management was ok, every fine but no gnome-panels... i moved the mouse
over the suspected position of panels and info boxes appeared and i also
could click in calendar and calendar was shown... but not gnome-
panels... i have to click and right click several times in gnome-panel
and suddenly panels appeared.... but was very difficult and took very
long time.... see the screenshots.
