Binary package hint: compiz

Ever since having enabled compiz (i.e. desktop effects) on my Karmic
machine today, I am noticing that some particular windows won't raise
when clicked in.  In particular, so far I have discovered this is the
case with Nautilus windows as well as Pidgin windows.  All others
(firefox, gnome-terminal) raise as expected when I click in them.

I do have focus-follows-mouse and click-to-raise set in my general
windows options.  I also have Focus Prevention Level set to Low in
CompizConfig Settings Manager's Focus & Raise Behaviour tab.  Raise On
Click is also set there.
