Binary package hint: compiz

Related to bug 529656, when using the Static Application Switcher, some
windows will be desaturated, and some won't.  Normally, all non-selected
windows are expected to be desaturated until they're selected.
Screencast attached.  Note that one firefox window is not desaturated
even when it is not selected.  Same for the bottom two terminal windows.
