Binary package hint: compiz

I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS amd64 and compiz 1:0.8.4-0ubuntu15 on a ThinkPad T400 with ATI readon HD 34xx Series.
When I turn on the alpha blur effect, all areas with transparency turn yellow.
