[Bug 579709] [NEW] No window decorations on login in Lucid

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

Randomly, but fairly frequently, I get no window decorations after
login. I am running compiz with compiz-gnome. gtk-window-decorator is
running, but gtk-window-decorator --replace fixes the problem. I never
experienced this issue before Lucid.
