Encountering an error with a Hash Sum mismatch when downloading and installing compiz-plugins_0.8.4-0ubuntu15_i386.deb during a karmic -> lucid workstation upgrade

This causes the system to drop back to the CLI to a "restored original
system state" running karmic.
