Binary package hint: compiz

After I login, the windows do not have borders or title bars, the
windows launch in the top left corner of the screen with a fixed size
and I can't move, resize, minimize, maximize or close the windows from
the window itself, I can however do that from the panel.

The solution which I have found right now is that after every login I go
to System -> Preferences -> Appearance -> Visual Effects -> Extra, after
which it takes about 10-15 seconds and then the windows get their
borders & title bars as they should.
