[Bug 649137] [NEW] Compiz Sandybridge blacklist is no longer needed.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

Previously, the device id's for the next generation intel GPU's that do
not have functional 3D support were added to the blacklist in compiz on
the assumption that partially working 3D support would be implemented by
maverick's release, but that is not the case and DRI has been disabled
completely for these devices so other 3D applications would not hang the
system. The compiz blacklist is no longer needed in this case because
the software rasterizer is used which is already blocked from using
compiz. Leaving the blacklist in place would just be a maintenance
burden, given that the fixes required to make 3D work may actually be
SRU-able in the future and the blacklist would have to be dropped post
release for people to use it.

** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
