[Bug 654693] [NEW] Weird Output with the "blur" plugin enabled

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

(Note: the attached auto-generated information is with the "Blur" plugin
OFF. See attached image for what my screen looks like with the "Blur"
plugin enabled.)

After upgrading (and reinstalling multiple times) to 10.10, whenever I
enable the "Blur" plugin, my screen goes all weird and funky. I used
"ubuntu-bug compiz" to generate my system and compiz info since I
thought it would be easier then typing it out. I'm using the Radeon xorg
driver (since FGLRX is having some pretty major problems currently),
which could be why the "Blur" plugin doesn't work (works great with the
FGLRX driver on Ubuntu 10.04).

I'm not sure what else to put here, so if you would like me to add
anything else, just say so and I'll post it ASAP.
