Binary package hint: compiz

When using compiz++ compiled from git using the build_compiz++ script
which is also from git, the window title bar does not update at all.
There are two symptoms here:-

- When switching between windows, the inactive window still looks like it is active, and the active window still looks like it is inactive.
- When the window title changes, e.g. from switching tabs in Firefox or Pidgin, it does not get updated by gtk-window-decorator, so the old title sticks.

Maximizing or resizing the window makes the title update, but moving the
window around does not, so it does not seem to be a damage issue.
