Binary package hint: compiz

Resizing windows using top/bottom/right/left borders is very difficult
in Maverick. The resize handle seems to be about 1 pixels wide so it
takes often many tries to hit it with mouse on high resolution screen.
With touchpad it's almost impossible.

This is almost same issue as #91780 but is about the borders, not resize
handle.

Fix would be increasing the default resize area width and possibly
making it configurable if it isn't yet.

Note: I'm not sure this is compiz's fault, it could also be Ubuntu
theming issue.
